What is the OSMF Marketplace?
The
Adobe Marketplace site was launched over two years ago as a central resource for finding tools, services, and innovations that supplement and extend Adobe products. The specific goal of the
OSMF Marketplace is to help build a strong and vibrant community around the use of OSMF. We want to encourage developers to post their tutorials, code samples, skins, plug-ins and more. In particular we would like to encourage the creation and distribution of social media plug-ins. These will encourage sharing of videos across RSS feeds, blogs, twitter accounts, Facebook, YourTube, Vimeo and all the other places people love to look at video.
How do I sign up as a publisher on the OSMF Marketplace?
Go to the
OSMF Marketplace and then click on the “Become a Publisher” button in the upper right hand corner. If you do not have an Adobe ID, you will be asked to create one before you become a publisher. Fill out the requested information. The only information that will be publically displayed on the Marketplace site will be your name, full description, and link to your web site, the other information will only be available to the administrator. Once you have filled in the required information, your request will be submitted to the site administrator. It may take two to three days for your request to be approved, you will receive an automated reply to your email when you have been approved.
